Lisa and her team did photo and video for our wedding on April 16th, 2024 at the Lopesan. I wanted to wait until we received our photos/videos back until I wrote this review.
When beginning my planning process, I was so overwhelmed when choosing my photographer. There were so many to choose from and I did not know where to start. I knew I wanted someone local as they know the area and the resorts. What drew me to Lisa was her sweet and calm nature, and extreme attention to detail. I know Lisa spends a lot of time to carefully edit her photos and it shows from her final product.
Photos: Lisa did an amazing job for our photos. I love her “light and airy” photography. It was the perfect style for our DR wedding. There were a few things I wanted adjusted after seeing our sneak peeks, and she took all my feedback and made it perfect for our final galleries. As I mentioned above, she takes a lot of care with her photos and is well seasoned in the wedding industry. The weather also turned poor during our photoshoot (unexpectedly) and Lisa’s team offered to come back a few days after our wedding to get more footage. I was so glad we did, and they nailed it.
Video: If you book with Lisa, adding on the videography/drone is a MUST. Anna and Alex did our videography/drone and it was literally perfect. I was so impressed with the professional quality. The way they were able to piece it all together and add the drone footage was very impressive. I was worried about what the quality of our video would be like as it was very windy on our day. However, after watching the video you almost would not know as my husband and I were crystal clear. This is so important to consider as the DR can be very windy.
Please highly consider booking Lisa along with her videography and drone coverage!
